Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring you remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
